fantastic bed free coffee friendly employee
The top floor room featured a fantastic bed. The vouchers allowed me free bean-to-cup coffee from the bar and it was a nice touch. The employee was chatty and very friendly.
I found no safe or fridge inside the room, features I expect today. There were no proper bedside lockers available. there was just a small closet with open shelves and no proper place for clothes.

Staff at the reception was very friendly, especially the blonde lady I checked in with. They were cute and very helpful with directions. I really appreciated their assistance.

The check-in process was very quick upon arrival. I found my room on the 4th floor quiet during the evening. I was pleased with the tea and coffee provided in the room.
My room lacked a fridge. There was no information in the room about the hotel's amenities. The shower was a fixed head. I think a shower cap should have been provided.

The room was very clean. The staff greeted me upon arrival and promptly completed the check-in process. I found helpful information about local attractions and dining options. The hotel's proximity to transportation made getting around very easy.
The breakfast buffet lacked some variety in hot selections. Some items were only lukewarm.

The hotel's location was a major advantage, especially its proximity to the train station. My room was quite spacious with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful, always appreciated.
The heating system was not very effective. It struggled to maintain a consistent, warm temperature in the room.

the reception staffs were nice. check in and check out online was easy. i found good breakfast with lots of choice and im happy with that.
the superior package was very poor. i had the smallest shower i had ever used. the room key kept wiping itself.
